You keep control of your asset
Storage is free for 90 days after expiry. Thereafter, $30.00 per device applies for each 30-day period after advance notices.
Your miner, protected throughout the hosting term
The confirmed order records your device, fixed fee rates and 365-day term. Your invoice and formal hosting contract are emailed and stored in your account.
You own the hardware
The physical miner remains your property. Once allocated, its identity and operating record are available in your account.
Fixed contract rates
The confirmed electricity, management, pool and setup rates cannot be increased during the active 365-day contract.
99% uptime target
Company-caused downtime is recorded and compensated with a transparent service credit or equivalent term extension.
Hosted warranty included
Covered diagnosis, parts, labor, maintenance and equivalent hashrate replacement are included for 365 days from activation.
End hosting when needed
Settle Net Output through termination and request your miner. The hardware price is not refunded because the owned device is returned to you.
No uneconomic-operation debt
If projected Net Output reaches zero or below, choose a pause of up to 30 days or terminate and request delivery of your miner.

Do I own the miner?
Yes. You purchase the physical device and remain its owner throughout and after the hosting term.
When does the 365-day term begin?
It begins at the recorded Activation Timestamp. Company-caused delay does not shorten the contract, and each delayed day is added to the term.
Can the operating rates change?
No. Electricity, management, pool and setup rates confirmed in the order remain fixed for that active 365-day contract.
What happens if activation is delayed?
Activation is due within 1 business day. If it has not occurred within 3 business days, you may end hosting and request the owned device or continue under the available compensated option.
Is maintenance included?
Yes. Covered diagnosis, parts, labor, routine maintenance and equivalent hashrate continuity are included during the 365-day hosted warranty.
How do I verify operation?
Your account shows the allocated device, current and historical hashrate, active pool, gross output, deductions, Net Output, settlements and payout transaction identifiers.
When are payouts processed?
Settlement closes every 30 calendar days. A balance of at least $10.00 is scheduled automatically; smaller balances carry forward under the agreement.
What happens during company-caused downtime?
Downtime affecting the 99% target is recorded and compensated through a service credit or equivalent contract extension.
What if mining becomes uneconomic?
No hidden operating debt is accumulated. We notify you and let you choose a pause of up to 30 days or termination and delivery of your miner.
Can I end hosting early?
Yes. Output is settled through termination and the miner is prepared for delivery after you confirm the disclosed delivery cost. Its purchase price is not refunded because the device remains yours.
What happens after 365 days?
Choose delivery, accept or decline a written used-market buyback offer, or renew under a new contract. Storage is free for 90 days, then $30.00 per device per 30-day period after notices.
Do I receive formal documents?
Yes. The electronic invoice and formal hosting contract are emailed and stored in your account after confirmed payment.
